Bondholders success at the Hull and East Yorkshire People in Business Awards 2024
We had a fantastic evening at the Hull and East Yorkshire People in Business Awards 2024. As proud sponsors of the Rising Star Award, Bondholders attended this prestigious awards ceremony with guests who have been a big part of Future Humber and Bondholders delivery this year.
The evening, held at Doubletree by Hilton Hull started with a bustling drinks reception and photos by official event photographer Andy Crozier
The first award of the evening was the Rising Star Award which is sponsored by Bondholders. The Rising Star Award recognises and celebrates talented people who are newer to their role and have made a notable difference and contribution to their workplace. Paige took to the stage to present the award on behalf of Bondholders. The emerging talent was so exceptional this year that the judges couldn’t only pick one, meaning there were two award winners this year – Rosie Andrew of Swift Group and Rosie Jukes of Hudgell Solicitors. Congratulations again to both. Another finalist in this category was Rebecca Shipley of Emmerson Kitney. Some great representation for Bondholders here!

There were twelve categories in total plus an award for Lifetime Achievement which this year was awarded to dance school principal and all-round inspiring woman Sara Jayne Ireland.
Bondholders were well represented across many of the categories. Jack Moore of Hull and East Yorkshire Mind was a finalist in the Above and Beyond award, and Erin Symons of Beal Homes won the Apprentice of the Year award – well done, both!

The evening was a wonderful celebration of the talent that is thriving in the region in a wide range of sectors including creative and digital, retail, healthcare and arts and culture. We were especially proud of the people there, whether finalists or winners. who lead and work in Bondholders organisations but we were also thrilled to be able to share an evening with people from across Hull and East Yorkshire celebrating their achievements in business over the last twelve months. Congratulations to everyone!
