Talent+ Humber Leaders Programme Session Two - Applicants Only
The Humber Leaders Programme continued with the second session of Future Humber’s Talent+ leadership programme, bringing the cohort together at the Arco Boardroom for a morning focused on psychological safety.
Facilitated by Felicity King, Psychological Safety Foundations explored what it means to create environments where people feel safe, valued and able to contribute. The session encouraged participants to reflect on how psychological safety is built, nurtured and revisited within teams, particularly during periods of change.
Bringing together emerging and developing leaders from across Humber, the morning created space for open discussion around belonging, contribution, learning and challenge. Participants explored the behaviours that help people feel heard, supported and confident enough to speak up, ask questions, share ideas and learn from mistakes.
The session also encouraged the cohort to think about their own leadership legacy, reflecting on the kind of environment they want to create for the people and teams around them.
A huge thank you to Felicity King for facilitating such a thoughtful and engaging session, to Arco for hosting us, and to everyone in the cohort for contributing with honesty, curiosity and courage throughout the morning.
Session 2 built on the strong foundations of the programme and continued to shape an exciting journey for Talent+ and the next generation of Humber leaders.
