Talent+ is a professional and social network that provides an annual programme of unique events for all talent in Humber. Members don’t have to be part of a Bondholder business to be involved and the events are all free to attend.

Not defined by age, we aim to empower all ambitious individuals in Humber by providing a platform to strengthen key skills, share knowledge and create meaningful connections.

Being part of Talent+ allows you to build a professional network of contacts who are passionate about Humber. The network encourages connectivity across industries and the breakdown of silos to enhance regional impact and strengthen the future collective voice for the region.

Humber Leaders Programme

Leading Through Change: The Skills Future Workplaces Need

The Humber Leaders Programme is the first programme delivered through Talent+, Future Humber's commitment to developing skills, leadership and future talent across the region.

Designed for ambitious professionals navigating change in their role, organisation or sector, the programme brings together a cross-sector cohort of 15 participants to explore the leadership skills that matter most in today's workplace.

Built around connection, knowledge exchange and shared learning, the programme provides practical tools, fresh perspectives and a supportive peer network to help participants grow their confidence and leadership capability.

As a pilot programme, the first cohort will not only experience the programme, but help shape its future development for those who follow.
