Department: Mixing / Filling / Packing
Role Purpose
To safely and efficiently operate production machinery to ensure Hodgson Sealants products are mixed and filled in accordance with agreed specifications, quality standards, and production
targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Work at all times in accordance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Operate, monitor, and control production machinery within either the Mixing or Filling.
• Ensure products consistently meet quality, formulation, and specification
requirements.
• Make authorised adjustments to machinery settings and recipes where required to
maintain product quality.
• Follow all relevant work instructions, SOPs, and quality systems (including ISO
requirements, where applicable).
