Humber HR People secures growth investment with support from BTG

Regional HR experts Humber HR People have secured investment from Barclays to support the next phase of its growth, strengthening their position as a long-term people partner for small and growing businesses across the region.

The funding will enable Humber HR People to continue investing in its team, systems and service delivery, ensuring clients receive consistent, high-quality support as their organisations grow and evolve. The business has built a strong reputation for working alongside SME owners and leadership teams to put practical, sustainable people foundations in place, rather than offering short-term fixes. The investment has been supported by Karl Hodson and Danny Scarr at BTG, who provided guidance throughout the process.
