Andrew Jackson Solicitors LLP has welcomed Nicola Evans as a partner and head of its employment team, further strengthening its employment law services for clients across the region and beyond.
Nicola has over 15 years’ experience advising employers, senior executives, and individuals, on all aspects of employment law. Known for her pragmatic and commercial approach, she provides clear, accessible advice that helps clients navigate complex workplace issues with confidence and achieve their wider business objectives.
She advises organisations across a range of sectors on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, with particular expertise in Employment Tribunal claims, complex employee relations issues senior executive exits, supporting business restructures and the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
Nicola predominantly represents employers in complex tribunal proceedings including claims involving unlawful dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing, guiding clients through every stage of the process from initial instruction to final hearing .
