D3 Joins Heatons Group

From 1st April 2026, D3 Office Group, one of Yorkshire’s largest business supplies companies based in Hull and Leeds will become part of the Heatons Group Ltd, a well-established business with a strong reputation for service and long-term customer relationships. This marks a very positive next chapter for D3 and, most importantly, for its customers and staff.

Heatons Group has been trading since 1986 and is one of the UK’s leading business supplies dealers, with locations across Merseyside, Cumbria and Cheshire. Together, the combined group will have a collective turnover in excess of £22m, bringing additional scale, stability and capability.

Talking about the acquisition, Heatons MD David Fielding said

This partnership brings together complementary strengths, purchasing consolidation and synergy that will enhance our offering going forward.
