Principal & Major Partners Roundtable Event - Spring

The event started with a welcome and announcements from Diana Taylor, including news of our rebrand to Future Humber.

Dr Paul Sewell OBE made the introduction to Hull KR and the venue. Thank you to the team at Sewell Group Craven Park Stadium for their hospitality for this event.

We heard three case studies:-

Debra Gray, Principal, Hull College – Talent Challenge

Daf Williams, Head of Policy, Communications & Economic Development, ABP – Humber Freeport

Dominic Gibbons, Managing Director, Wykeland – Regeneration and Place

The roundtable discussion was - "Discuss and identify the opportunities, important to you and your business, for effective place promotion". There were some fantastic contributions and ideas and all feedback will be used to identify your priorities for promoting the Humber region.

We heard from Bill Walker, Chair of Future Humber, followed by an update from Craig Franklin of Hull KR.

After the event, we had a tour of the stadium.
