PPH Commercial unveils new branding as it celebrates 35 years in business
26 September 2025
Yorkshire and Lincolnshire’s largest commercial property agency, PPH Commercial, has revealed a fresh new look, marking the beginning of celebrations for its 35th year in business.
The brand refresh, created in partnership with Hessle-based digital agency, Blink, includes a new logo, brand identity and website. PPH has also rolled out eye-catching, new ‘For Sale’ and ‘To Let’ signs across its commercial property portfolio.
Since opening its doors in 1990, PPH has grown to become one of the region’s most established and trusted commercial property specialists. Now a team of 30 with five offices located in Hull, Doncaster, Scunthorpe, Grimsby and York, they are the largest firm or chartered surveyors and commercial property consultants in Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.
The rebrand reflects the agency’s evolution and forward-looking approach while honouring its strong reputation built over three and a half decades. The redesigned website offers a streamlined user experience, improved property search tool and valuable resources for businesses, landlords and investors.
Managing Director of PPH, Ben Medhurst, comments:
“This milestone is about more than looking back on the last 35 years, it’s about setting the stage for the next chapter. Our refreshed brand and digital presence reflect the modern, dynamic way we continue to serve our clients while staying true to our roots in the local business community. We’re proud to shine a spotlight on our fantastic team and their excellence in offering local expertise with a deep understanding of the national market.”
Celebrations for PPH’s 35th anniversary will take place in November.
