New KCOM partnership delivers world class comms platform to region’s businesses

KCOM has partnered with leading global communications provider 8x8 to deliver cutting edge AI assisted solutions for business.
8x8, a market leading provider of unified and contact centre comms services, has visited KCOM’s Hull HQ to mark the new collaboration, which will enable businesses to harness the latest technology to communicate seamlessly with employees and customers.
The launch marks the start of joint go-to-market activity between 8x8 and KCOM, including coordinated sales activity and customer engagement across the UK. Over the coming year, the partnership will expand KCOM’s contact centre offerings and support a broader range of enterprise and public-sector uses, driven by AI-powered customer engagement technology.
