Youth Placement Lead

In this role, you will lead youth engagement activity linked to volunteering, work experience and internship placements in Hull as part of a wider Volunteer to Employment Pathway Programme being delivered by Hull CVS.

You will be responsible for promoting placement opportunities to young people, while also playing a crucial role in supporting placement organisations so they can cater for the needs of young people with guidance and policies which reflects current best practice. Furthermore, you will develop partnerships with education settings to create a pathway into placements for their young people, whilst highlighting the potential for a career within the Voluntary, Community & Social Enterprise Sector.
