We are currently recruiting for a Volunteer Programme Lead who will lead the delivery of our volunteering programmes, as well as be a key advisor to volunteer hosting organisations and people interested in becoming volunteers in Hull.

This role will include actively managing the delivery of Hull CVS volunteering programmes, the ongoing development of our digital volunteer systems, and the delivery of our accredited Volunteer Centre. Volunteers will be at the heart of your work and you will therefore be passionate about volunteering and will want to promote the voice of the volunteer and advocate for volunteers’ needs.

The role will also be a key advisor to volunteer hosting organisations in the local area and support them in providing the best volunteer experience. This will encompass helping in the development of volunteer management policies and practice which reflect current best practice.
