We are now looking for a Membership Experience Executive to join our team and help strengthen the experience of our Bondholder network.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships and ensuring members feel connected, informed and valued as part of Future Humber.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the onboarding of new Bondholder members and supporting a seamless membership journey
- Acting as a central point of coordination for membership communications and engagement
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring high standards of data quality
- Monitoring engagement metrics and member feedback to improve the membership experience
- Supporting targeted communications to keep members informed and connected
- Assisting with membership invoicing and renewals
- Helping strengthen advocacy for Future Humber and Humber region
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in membership, engagement, customer experience or communications roles
- Is organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Enjoys working with people and building relationships
- Has strong attention to detail and confidence working with data or CRM systems
- Is curious about Humber and wants to help promote the region
