Beal announces next phase of The Greenways after reaching 300 sales milestone

The East-Yorkshire based housebuilder has now sold more than 300 homes at the Goole development, underlining its status as one of Yorkshire’s most successful new residential communities.

Beal launched The Greenways five years ago and has seen consistently strong sales since then, with hundreds of homes now occupied in what has become a thriving new neighbourhood. 

Family-owned Beal is investing more than £200m in The Greenways, which will ultimately bring more than 800 high-quality homes to the growing town. 

The milestone of 300 sales coincides with Beal announcing the much-anticipated next phase of the development, which will feature a total of 118 homes, with a wider range of house types to meet the needs of families, first-time buyers and downsizers alike. 

A limited number of two, three and four-bedroom properties in the latest phase are now available to reserve on an Early Bird basis. They include two new house types, the Crayke and the Aysgarth, both three-bedroom detached properties.

The Early Bird scheme gives prospective buyers the chance to secure first refusal on the plot of their choice ahead of the official release.

The Greenways is at the forefront of Goole’s exciting rejuvenation, supporting an ongoing wave of investments, including Siemens Mobility’s Goole Rail Village, which are creating hundreds of skilled jobs in the town.

The development has proven popular with local buyers and commuters, as it is within easy reach of Leeds, York, Doncaster, Hull and other locations, via the M62.

There are just a handful of homes available from the current phase at The Greenways, including three-bedroom properties, priced from £235,000, and four-bedroom houses, starting at £320,000. 

Among properties currently available is the four-bedroom Swainby show home, which is finished to Beal’s exceptional standards and comes with a range of luxury upgrades.
