Andrew Jackson Solicitors LLP is delighted to announce two further promotions in recognition of the hard work, expertise, and dedication demonstrated across the firm.
Rikki Foster has become an associate within the firm’s litigation team. As an experienced solicitor, Rikki supports clients in the resolution of a wide variety of contentious matters including boundary disputes, right of way and access disputes, and claims for breach of contract and/or negligence. He also advises on claims for possession, frequently acting for individual and commercial clients seeking to regain possession of their property.
Charlene Merry has been promoted to senior solicitor within the private client team. Charlene advises clients on a broad range of personal legal matters including the preparation of wills, care fee planning and asset preservation, inheritance tax, and the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney. She also deals with estate administration and the management of complex estates.
Charlene qualified as a solicitor in 2021 and has extensive experience advising clients in the private client sector. She is an accredited member of the Lifetime Lawyers Association, a UK-wide organisation which promotes the highest standards of legal advice in areas such as wills, Powers of Attorney and elder abuse. Charlene is passionate about ensuring that older and vulnerable clients receive legal advice delivered with care and compassion.
Commenting on the promotions, Andrew Jackson’s managing partner, Mark Pearson-Kendall, said:
“It gives me great pleasure to announce Rikki and Charlene’s well-deserved promotions. Both have shown a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients and to developing their expertise within their respective areas of practice. Their dedication and professionalism reflect the firm’s core values and our ongoing commitment to nurturing talent and recognising achievement across the business.
“At Andrew Jackson, we are proud to support the career progression of our team members, enabling them to grow and develop in an environment where their contributions are valued and their success celebrated.”
