Alan Wood & Partners are thrilled to have ranked 80th place in both Building Magazine's 2025 Top 150 Consultants list and 42nd place in the Top 50 Engineers list.

This is the first entry for our business obtaining a fantastic position that is reflective of our continued growth and success in the construction consultancy sector. The Top 150 Consultants list is an annual ranking of the largest construction consultants in the UK. Companies are evaluated across various criteria, including, the number of chartered and technical staff, fee income, recruitment levels, areas of specialisation, and the number of UK offices.
