Launching Humber Business Week's Event Programme for 2026
Join us at Hull University Business School as we officially launch the Humber Business Week 2026 programme on the North Bank.
This event marks the countdown to Humber Business Week 2026 - giving you the opportunity to explore the programme early, meet the people behind it, and start planning how you’ll get involved. With new events being added all the time, it’s also the perfect moment to get your plans in place and maximise your visibility across Humber Business Week channels.
The evening begins with informal networking in the HUBS reception, before moving into the Allam Lecture Theatre for a short programme of insight and discussion. You’ll get an early look at what’s planned for Humber Business Week 2026, alongside perspectives on the role of business, leadership and collaboration in driving growth across the region.
We’re delighted to welcome Dr Alan Raw as keynote speaker.
Keynote Speaker: Dr Alan Raw
Dr Alan Raw is a former BBC broadcaster and co-founder of BBC Introducing, as well as a published author, cultural catalyst, entrepreneur and sustainability practitioner.
Working at the intersection of creativity, business and environmental systems, Alan will challenge us to think differently about the future of the Humber.
His talk will explore:
- What kind of future we want to create for our region
- The role each of us can play in shaping it
- How sustainability, culture and collaboration can unlock new opportunities
Rather than viewing environmental change as a challenge alone, Alan will reframe it as a catalyst for innovation, long-term thinking and collective action.
