FiND is a values-driven East Riding of Yorkshire charity committed to delivering the highest quality support to adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. Through our wide range of day opportunities, lifelong learning programmes and person‑centred care, we empower people to develop skills, build confidence and experience a fulfilling and meaningful life.

Our day services are designed to support adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs to achieve their highest level of independence. We focus on tailored personal development and creating opportunities that help each individual thrive in the way that is right for them.

Families for individual Need and Dignity (FiND) was founded by parents who were unable to find the services their sons and daughters needed. Determined to create something better, they established FiND in November 2001. Their original vision, passion and commitment continue to shape everything we do today.

In 2026, we proudly celebrate our 25th anniversary, a significant milestone that reflects the strength of our community, the dedication of our teams and, most importantly, the achievements of the people we support.
