To date, this represents more than £55,000 in combined investment and funded development, covering FIA Fire Fundamentals training, government‑supported apprenticeships, our skills portal providing continuous professional development, and an annual CRM system that improves communication and project management. We have also expanded our fire systems capability through BAFE SP203‑1 accreditation, adding further operational and compliance investment to tighten procedures and align our work with third‑party audit standards. These developments ensure we continue to build capability, support local businesses and deliver long‑term resilience through reliable, modern protection.
