Hull and East Yorkshire Children’s University are celebrating being shortlisted for the finals of the Smiley Charity Film Awards – the world’s biggest campaign to celebrate cause-led films. Set to take place this March in London.

In addition to being shortlisted in their category, they are now asking for people to show them some love this Valentine’s Day as the public vote opens for the ‘People’s Choice Award’. The ‘People's Choice Award’ will be awarded to the film that receives the most votes between now and the awards in March.

“We are so proud to have been chosen as finalists for our charities film, it has given us the chance to highlight our charity to new audiences. Please take the time to vote and give us the chance to bring an award back to Hull”. - Rose James, CEO of HEY Children’s University.
