Nourished Leadership

This unique experience introduces our Nourished Leadership Model that goes beyond traditional approaches, embracing a holistic perspective.

The retreat aims to empower and rejuvenate these leaders by fostering a leadership style that not only supports but cultivates sustainability, effectiveness, and happiness. The focus is on guiding these senior leaders to find their flow, creating an environment where they can lead with internal authenticity. By incorporating elements of mindfulness, internal reflection, inner knowing and scientific fact, this retreat is designed to empower leading ladies to stand in their power, be resilient, impactful, and fulfilled in both their professional and personal lives.

The result is a community of leaders who not only excel in their roles but also inspire positive change in their organisations and beyond!

Guiding the retreat with wisdom and expertise are Gemma Wardell and Felicity King, two remarkable facilitators whose diverse backgrounds complement the holistic leadership model.

Every year she chooses a theme for her research to support her clients. This year she is studying the impact of seasonal change on the brain and performance which is proving to be a fascinating way to use natural cycles to empower, engage and sustain.

A Yorkshire girl through and through, at the weekends you’ll find Felicity enjoying the great outdoors with her husband and young sons and loves nothing more than a kitchen full of friends and a roast in the oven.
