As we strive to grow Green and Blue Health, Smile have listened to your needs in how to best support you and your volunteers.

Get, Set, Grow has been designed to empower your organisation to flourish. We will take you on a journey to explore the top three topics you told us you need help with - policies and procedures, funding and grants, and volunteering.

Hosted online via webinars by the Smile Community Development Team and Time2Volunteer, in partnership with our Growing Green and Blue Health project.

While Get, Set, Grow has been developed in response to the Growing Green and Blue Health questionnaire, Smile have designed the offer to support all organisations within the voluntary and community sector.
