To launch Humber Business Week 2023, Bondholders will shine a spotlight on the place we all call home.

Emboldening you, as the people that make our place, to be proud and excited as the Humber defines itself through renewed confidence, ambition, investment, and opportunity, this event will kickstart conversations and inform the development of our region’s shared narrative.

We will welcome you to hear our panel of speakers celebrate our place and our time, recognising the distinct characteristics that make the Humber region unique. With internal voices on the panel, the Humber’s story will be kept front and centre, while our keynote speaker and host, John Till, Founding Director, thinkingplace, explores trending topics from the placemaking stage. This will be an opportunity to recognise the unity and interconnectedness of our place, while not losing sight of its impressive diversity, brought to life in various ways including its distinctive characteristics of city, coast and countryside.

Topics and themes with relevance to all workplaces will be explored, providing a comprehensive look at the characteristics that make this place our place, while recognising the importance of progression and evolution, answering the question of ‘what’s next?’ for the Humber.

Interactive elements and table discussions will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the Humber’s place narrative, at a time of immense potential for our region as it bursts with energy, expertise and innovation. Discussions will fuel the creation of emotive event takeaways, as we connect people to place, and people to each other.
