The Encompass Development Group is a family of organisations dedicated to supporting small and medium sized businesses in achieving their potential. Primary services include bid writing and consultancy, management and leadership training, and employment law and HR consultancy.

We are the only provider in the UK, outside of London, to offer fully funded Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) Advanced Apprenticeships.

We love to push our business to new heights, and so we have lots of accreditations, including: ISO 9001 and 14001, the matrix Standard, Investors in People Bronze, CHAS, and approved centre status with HABC, CMI, ILM, CIPS, and NCFE.

We're one of the few companies who can offer direct support in almost every area to help others win bids, from training staff, to putting policies in place, to writing the bid itself.

Encompass has successfully doubled its turnover in 5 years of operation, and is also set to do so for 2015. We are always on the look-out for local talent, and have recruited several Apprentices from local colleges, as well as graduates of Hull University. We are about to open a new office in Chesterfield, however we aren't neglecting our roots, and will soon need a larger space in or around Hull.
