Responsible for acting liaison between business clients & mobile networks. Process connections, upgrades, migrations/ports, complaints, account questions, billing information/cost centers, cancelations, other queries.

We have an in-house team of dedicated account managers that pride themselves on delivering the highest level of customer care, specialist advice & solutions for business users which range from small independent companies to corporate organizations. We provide quality service, full after sales support & free advice. Each customer is also assigned their own personal business manager to monitor & maintain administration reporting & planning on their business mobile account.
