Employment Type: Full time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week, 8.30am until 5pm, ad-hoc weekend cover

Working in a small team, you would be one of the main points of contact for customers when buying a Beal home, helping to guide and assist them with all interior selections, kitchen and bathroom designs including layout and structural changes in line with our ‘Designed by You’ customer policy. Essentially bringing each customer’s home vision to life.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Daily customer appointments in the state-of-the-art Design Lounge
  • Demonstrate luxury specification and upgrade options with customers whilst gaining an understanding of their lifestyle and design preferences
  • Working with each customer to design their dream home within budget, construction/technical constraints and building regulations
  • Kitchen CAD planning software essential – preferably ArtiCAD
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD to design M&E and structural alterations for customer designs
  • Completes final sign-off with customers
  • Issues plot instructions to construction, sales and procurement, contractors and suppliers
  • Controlling kitchen call-off and installation programme
  • Arrange and sign off customer appointments inline with build programmes
  • Work with the Sales Team to instruct view-home interiors
  • Complete selections and instructions for all affordable properties to specific Housing Association specification
  • Monitoring selection and upgrade pricing structure to maintain availability and cover trend changes
  • Reviewing products and trends
  • Work with construction, procurement and the customer care team in response to any customer queries.
  • Any other duties as assigned by your manager
