The Hull Story

The Hull Story is a wholly independent publishing venture run by experienced journalists from the city.

Our commitment is to produce quality public interest journalism, to champion good causes and local businesses, and to be a voice for our great city and region.

We cover general news, business, arts and culture, health, education and politics. We also feature regular columnists.

Our Commercial Partners include Hull City Council and Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and numerous small businesses have signed up to our Independent Hull scheme, which aims to help them bounce back from the economic impact of Covid-19.

The Hull Story is a new platform, having launched its website in June 2020, but has quickly established a reputation as a trusted, respected publication dedicated to Hull and the people who live and work in the city and surrounding area.

We are delighted to be a Bondholder, as we share Future Humber’s vision for the region.
