We are very entrepreneurial and flexible in our approach and like working with exciting growing businesses. We specialise in recycling brownfield land and obsolete/redundant property assets.





We will be making significant investments into our sites in Hull and East Yorkshire in the coming years with a view to providing high quality buildings that will provide for growing local businesses and attract inward investment. We will also continue to invest in our existing properties to ensure that we are able to offer a range of quality work space.
