PATT Foundation is seeking a Project Officer to join their team and lead woodland creation projects throughout the North East.

 Location: East Riding of Yorkshire & North East

 Salary: Competitive, details to be discussed

 Hours: 40 hours per week


Key Responsibilities:

  •  Build and foster relationships with Community Forest Teams and landowners
  •  Coordinate woodland creation projects, ensuring all milestones and financials are met
  •  Act as the central point of coordination between nursery staff and the Green Task Force team
  •  Identify opportunities for volunteering and community engagement in projects
  •  Maintain accurate records and lead on project reporting
  •  Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding policies
  •  Develop partnerships to enhance the reach of PATT Foundation



  •  Knowledge of environmental conservation and carbon reduction
  •  Experience in project management and strategic planning
  •  Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  •  Ability to foster teamwork and solve problems effectively
  •  Leadership and motivational skills
  •  Proficiency in using technology for project management
  •  Willingness to travel and work outside normal hours as required
