Role: Data Insight and CRM Coordinator
Hours: 37.5 hours per week 08:30-16:30 (flexible – hybrid working considered)
Salary: £25,365 - £28,367 per annum
Join our thriving charity as our Data Insights and CRM Co-ordinator and play a pivotal role in maximising Dove House’s fundraising and income generation activities.
As part of the Fundraising team you will ensure our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is efficient, up-to-date and provides valuable insights to drive success. You will support the charity’s data-driven decision making working primarily with Fundraising, Lottery, Retail and Marketing databases to facilitate the recording of all meaningful interactions with donors, shoppers, and supporters.
You will also work to deliver an excellent customer experience to current and potential supporters, building loyalty and commitment so they are happy to share their knowledge and experience of our work to friends, family, and their networks.
