Have you considered volunteering?

While it’s all about giving your time to help others, it is also a brilliant way to feel fulfilled and do something that benefits yourself at the same time.

There are many benefits of volunteering, and starting now could be the perfect bit of #WinterWellness you need.

✅ Gain personal and professional skills in a new setting – confidence, team working, patience, empathy

✅ Mood-boosting opportunity – knowing you’re making a valued difference to other people / your community

✅ Mix with different groups, work as a team, form new relationships and build friendships

✅ Some roles will help increase activity levels, helping physical wellbeing, too!
