Driffield
Irrespective of demographics, the experiences and qualifications obtained enhance the individual and have tangible value in workplace. If that is relevant or of interest to you or your organisation, or you have a generic interest in youth training and education, as their Honorary Colonel I am delighted to invite you to visit and meet with the cadets and see what they learn and how it is taught.
Spend the day with us to understand how, in addition to their Army Training syllabus, underpinned by Army’s values and standards, the cadets acquire vocational qualifications such as BTEC and ILM. Which, when combined with sport and Duke of Edinburgh, traits such as confidence, leadership, teamwork, self-respect and discipline lead to self-efficacy being developed and enhanced to achieve work ready life skills.
