Rollits LLP have a vacancy for a Senior Solicitor/Associate with 6+ PQE corporate law experience to join their busy corporate team, based principally in their Hull office.

The role involves working with the other solicitors and Partners within the corporate team. The work will be focussed on corporate transactions (including M&A, banking and shareholder arrangements) for the full range of the firm's clients - from PLCs to family businesses and substantial charities to education providers nationwide - with the opportunity to enhance the team's specialisms and play a full role in business development.

The successful candidate will be eager to progress, using their skills to deliver a high quality service to clients. Being a team player with the personality, drive and ambition to further grow the work is essential, as is having a commitment to continuously develop personal as well as team skills.
