Rollits LLP have a vacancy for a Property Paralegal to join their busy property team at Hull to assist with the delivery of property services.

The role involves a significant amount of residential conveyancing work carried out under the supervision of qualified solicitors. Social housing conveyancing work will also be a part of this role together with general support to property lawyers in the York team.

Whilst not essential, the role would be suitable for candidates who have passed their LPC and are looking for work experience in a legal background to enhance their CV for the purposes of getting a training contract.

The job requires good organisational skills, the ability to prioritise work, a meticulous eye for detail, flexibility and the aptitude to work well as part of a team, as well as handle their own caseload.

The successful candidate must be IT literate as the ability to use a computerised case management system is an essential requirement of the job.

It is also essential that the job holder has good interpersonal skills and can communicate clearly and effectively with both internal and external contacts, and has the ability to deal with matters tactfully and promptly.
