John Good Group have a fantastic opportunity for several B2B Internal Sales Executives to join Good Travel Management as part of the establishment of a newly created team.

As a B2B Internal Sales Executive you will be working within their Business Development Team responsible for researching and generating leads to feed into the team for them to convert to a successful sale.


  • Research and generate new leads to proactively call
  • Qualifying of leads
  • Updating the company CRM System
  • Working collaboratively with Marketing and the Business Development team on prospects
  • Create and maintain Proposify templates and sales literature
  • Scheduling of BDM diaries as and when required
  • Answering any inbound enquiries


  • Ideally you will have previous experience in a B2B Sales role, but don’t worry if this is your first role, we provide you with full training and support
  • Confident, proactive, and driven to pick up the telephone and call to build up a rapport with customers and understanding their needs
  • Experience in researching companies including using LinkedIn as a research tool
  • Good influencing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Good written and verbal skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good organisational and IT Skills
  • Self-driven, resilient, positive, and motivated
  • Enjoys working as a team but can also work independently
